Healthy dogs don’t bite!
Why did my once very happy puppy turn into a moody, snappy adolescent dog?
I wondered this for a long time, thinking my Border Collie cross was just feeling ‘down in the dumps’ or maybe it was just a flea problem that would go away when we gave him his flea treatment. But I was wrong.
My dog, Bailey was suffering and I now know why…
It’s about Natural Pet Care. The amount of indigestible food and toxic chemicals that we pet owners pump into our dogs is huge. Be it in processed foods, flea treatments or even in vaccinations…. all are killing our pets.
Did you know: dogs have the genetic ability to live until the age of 20?
These days we are lucky if our pet lives to be 13. Many dogs develop a fatal illness and consequently die before their old age even hits. If you have ever had a loved pet die you will know the heartache that comes with it. It took me years to finally develop the courage to get a new dog after my last dog, a German Shepherd x Rottweiler, developed bone marrow cancer at the age of 7 and had to be put down. Years…!!! Maybe you’re not as emotional as I am, but I have no doubt that the death of a pet is hard on anyone that loved them. This is why I am writing this blog. I want my dog, and your dog, to be as healthy as possible so that he will live as long as possible. So how do we do that?
Natural pet care is the answer.
I know you’ve heard the saying ‘You are what you eat’, well this is entirely true. Nutrients are needed by your cells to create new cells. If you ingest chemicals and poor quality foods, your cells will be created in a nutrient deficient environment and you will suffer negative health as a consequence. This is the same for your pets.
Knowing what nutrients your pet needs is the key to giving them a longer, happier life.
So if you haven’t already done so, check out Dr. Andrew Jones’ story. This Vets sad story is touching but as a vet he is able to offer his educated and experienced help.
